At Parkland Place is a large purpose built single level modern home. Situated next to an estuary, scenic reserves and farmland offers absolute peace and quiet. ( you may hear waves lapping the beach or birds chirping at sunrise or even sheep and cows but you will not hear road noise) Yet only a few minutes stroll to the beach or a five minute drive to Whitianga township.

All rooms are luxuriously appointed with ensuite, flat screen tv, clock/radio, writing desk, comfortable seating and quality Rimu furniture.

Our large comfortable guest lounge has a large flat screen tv, music, library and refreshment bar.

Outdoors in the sunny picturesque garden area there is plenty of seating in or out of the shade also sun loungers to enjoy the summer days.  Most of our guests enjoy sitting out here for a glass of wine and a snack. We provide all plates, glasses, utensils ect required. We have a BBQ which you can use or we can prepare dinner to your desire. Of course we can recommend and book for you many fine restaurnts nearby.

We now offer an in house professional relaxation massage service including Hot Stone therapy, paraffin wax hand treatments and facial treatments with herbal steam cleansing. Bliss!

At Parkland Place is a good base to spend a few days to visit famous attractions such as Hot Water Beach, Cathredral Cove, The Lost Spring and scenic boat cruises.
